The Challenge

With over 80 restaurants across the country, Côte was a firm favourite for casual dining in the South but had only just started to make the move up North when we started working with them in late 2016 and into 2017.

 

How did we help?

Our multi-faceted campaign for Manchester, Chester and then Leeds made sure all the right people knew about Côte’s arrival in their respective cities including an approach which included (very popular) wine gift boxes for key regional journalists, champagne and pastries delivered to hand-picked influential city centre businesses, a press lunch for food and lifestyle writers, and a launch night party for the local red carpet must-haves, alongside a heavy social media strategy which focused on bloggers and influencers.

The Results

Results for Côte included extensive coverage in all key titles – print, broadcast and online, exceptionally strong influencer reach and three thriving city centre restaurants in the North, with plans to open more in 2018 and beyond.
