The Challenge

HOME restaurant is the creation of Elizabeth Cottam – 2016 MasterChef semi-finalist with two sell-out, five star residencies at The New Ellington in Leeds – and Mark Owens, former head chef of Michelin-starred The Box Tree in Ilkley. Liz commissioned the Toast team to launch their ‘fine dining, reimagined’ concept.

The Results

The buzz around the opening of HOME was majorly amplified by the work we delivered on bringing in business and media influencers for exclusive launch events, securing high profile interviews with Liz and Mark, and getting a regional restaurant on the radar of often London-focused food and restaurant reviewers to deliver coverage in titles such as the Evening Standard, the Independent and the Guardian.
